Here’s how it works

  1. From the registration page, sign up for the waitlist for your preferred classes during the lottery registration period.

Rank your overall class choices

Before registering for the lottery, make a list of the classes you hope to register for. 

You'll enter the choices in the same order on each lottery registration you submit.

2. After the lottery registration ends, the system randomly selects participants for each class.

If chosen, you’ll receive a follow-up email with payment instructions  👉

3. If you’re not selected, you'll be added to the waitlist and notified  if a spot opens.

 

4. General registration will open for classes with openings after lottery is complete.

How can I sign up for my preferred classes during the lottery registration period?

  • To sign up, visit the registration page during the lottery registration period. Choose your preferred classes and follow the prompts to join the lottery. Select your top choices in the ranked order for each class and time slot, noting sibling requests, but don't enroll your child multiple times for the same class or time—only one entry per class/time/day will be used in the lottery software.

What happens after I sign up for the lottery?

  • Once you sign up for the lottery, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration. This email will contain information about the lottery process and what to expect.
How can I check the status of my lottery registration?
  • You can check your registration status by clicking the link in your confirmation email and navigating to the schedule summary section. This page will provide updates on the status of your preferred classes and any changes in availability.
Is there any notification when a spot becomes available for a lottery class?
  • If selected for the lottery, we will notify you via email. Please check your email regularly, as the notification will include instructions on confirming your enrollment.
 Can I be in a lottery for multiple classes at the same time?
  • Yes, you can join the lottery for multiple classes . Please only enter the lottery for classes you intend to register for. 
What happens if I don't receive a spot from the waitlist?
  • If you don't receive a spot from the waitlist, you can explore other available classes. The schedule summary in your account link will inform you of your current lottery status.
Is there a deadline for confirming enrollment if selected for the lottery?
  • You must complete the registration within 24 hours of receiving notification to ensure your held spot goes to the next person on the lottery.
